Site work for a water / sewer project in Williston, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

** As of August 27, 2025 project has been awarded to Baranko Brothers, Inc. with an awarded amount of $1,478,252.61.** Generally, the Work covered by the Plans and Specifications includes the construction of a concrete buttress along the edge of the existing boat ramps at Little Beaver Bay. Approximately 120 LF of concrete buttress will be installed along the northwest side of the northeast ramp. Approximately 157 LF of concrete buttress will be installed in total for both sides of the south ramp. The bid security must be in a sum equal to five percent of the full amount of the bid and must be in the form of a bidders bond. there will be deducted from any amount due to the Contractor the sum of $500 per day for each and every calendar day that the completion of the Work is delayed. The Contractor and its Surety will be liable for any excess. Such payment will be as and for liquidated damages and not as a penalty All Work shall be substantially completed by May 15, 2026. All Work shall be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with the General Conditions as stated in the Contract Documents by May 30, 2026, except that if the Contractor chooses to start Work for a ramp in the fall of 2025, the Work for that ramp must be substantially completed and ready for public use on or prior to November 30, 2025. If there is Work started for a ramp in the fall of 2025 and the Work on that ramp is not substantially completed and ready for public use on or prior to November 30, 2025, the Contractor will be charged liquidated damages through the winter beginning from December 1, 2025, to March 1, 2026. The Williams County Water Resource District Board reserves the right to hold all Bids for 45 days, to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any informality or irregularity in any Bid and to accept the Bid deemed in the best interest of the Williams County Water Resource District Board, and to rebid the project until a satisfactory bid is received.
