Renovation of a detention facility in Williston, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,000-square-foot detention facility.

the Williams County Sheriff s Office gives notice of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for renovations to the Williams County Correctional Center Jail Infirmary. The total anticipated Project budget, including design fees, construction costs (including CMAR fees, construction contingencies, conditions, fees, bonds, and insurance), and furnishings shall not exceed $3,300,000.00. A USB flash drive containing the submittal must also be submitted to and received by Keith Kleven, Williams County Facilities Services Director. The Project will consist of approximately 8,000 square feet of renovations of existing space in the WCCC Jail to remodel the current dormitory area; to construct secure inmate isolation sick bay cells, an inmate day room/common area, two nurses' offices, storage room/area, inmate medical exam room, and security measures; to renovate existing storage room for a chase for infrastructure; and to renovate and reconfigure existing laundry room; and to remove existing tiling and replace with new flooring.
