West Broadway Improvements Project # 25-03-06 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR WEST BROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (Engineering Department ) Williston , North Dakota Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the completed construction of West Broadway Improvements Project. The project generally consists of the following approximate principal items : Roadway reconstruction including removal of 6050 SY of asphalt , removal and replacement of 975 LF of watermain and associated services and appurtenances , 800 LF of sanitary sewer main , manholes , and associated services , 892 LF of storm sewer main , manholes , and curb boxes , replacement of 6050 SY of asphalt , 2525 TONS of aggregate base course , 900 LF of street striping , 330 LF of curb and gutter , and the miscellaneous related work needed to complete the improvements . The work shall be substantially completed by October 10, 2026 , and finally completed by October 24 , 2026. ALL BIDDERS are required to view the proposed project site area in order to familiarize themselves with the details of the area prior to submitting a bid . Each bid is to be submitted on the basis of cash payment for the work and is to be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Finance Director . Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond in a sum equal to 5% of the full amount of the bid , executed by the BIDDER Q&A 01/23/2026 at 12:00 PM CT
