Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Williston, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of 4-inch concrete sidewalk removal and replacement, 6-inch concrete driveway removal and replacement, concrete curb and gutter and gutter removal and replacement, and all miscellaneous work required to complete the project. All bidders are required to view the proposed project site area in order to familiarize themselves with the details of the area prior to submitting a bid. The work shall be completed by October 10, 2026. A maintenance guarantee for the repair of all damages due to improper materials or workmanship for a period of one year after the acceptance of the work by the Owner will also be required. Contractor to coordinate start date with City Engineering Department. Contact is Wayne Wiedrich (701) 770-0690. The Project has been designed by the City of Williston Engineering Department (Engineer). Owner assumes all duties and responsibilities and has the rights and authority to assign an Engineer in the Contract Documents in connection with the completion of the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. This work shall consist of the construction of Air-Entrained Portland Cement Concrete Valley Gutters in accordance with these specifications and standard details at the locations and to the lines and grades shown on the plans or as directed by the ENGINEER. This work shall also include the removal of old valley gutters when listed on the Proposal, as shown on the Plans, or as directed by the ENGINEER.
