This Request for Proposal is to solicit qualified and experienced consultants/contractors to provide a detailed design, as well as construction of a bicycle pump track facility for the Town of Crossfield. The selected firm will be responsible for developing and constructing an innovative, safe, inclusive, and cost-effective pump track facility that aligns with the Town's recreational goals, the community's needs and site conditions. The design should accommodate a range of users and skill levels, support long-term durability and ease of maintenance, and comply with all relevant codes, standards, and accessibility guidelines.
