TRIBUTARY TO NOSE CREEK: CULVERT CONSTRUCTION AT BF 75696 TRIBUTARY TO NOSE CREEK 11 KM WEST OF AIRDIRE The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Traffic accommodation for culvert construction; Monitoring existing structure once awarded to deter swallow nesting and potential nesting activities; Dust abatement (as required); Fish capture and release (as required); Total Suspended Solids (TSS) Testing (as required); Temporary and permanent erosion and sediment control; Care of water and Environmental management; Demolition and disposal of existing 30.5 m long x 1.5 m diameter Multi-Plate (MP) culvert structure with timber struts; Structural and channel excavation; Backfill; Construction of new 34.0 m long 2.2 m diameter Corrugated Steel Pipe (CSP) culvert structure on a 15 RHF skew; Installation of heavy rock riprap aprons (class 1); Installation and maintenance of temporary fencing; Installation of Class B permanent fencing; and, Roadway work for a gravel roadway.
