Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Crossfield, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Utility adjustments (water valves, manholes) Removal and disposal of existing curb and gutter Shallow repair includes: Cold milling asphalt pavement (up to 50mm) Asphalt overlay (up to 70mm) Deep repair includes: Cutting of pavement Subgrade excavation and preparation Supply and install non-woven geotextile Granular base course (up to 500mm) Asphalt concrete pavement (up to 150mm) Concrete work (curb and gutter, swales) All sites selected for this Contract area are located in the Town of Crossfield, Alberta.
