The Town of Crossfield is requesting proposals from qualified, safety-conscious, reliable, and accountable waste management service contractors to complete 240 litre automated black cart waste collection and disposal services for over 1,500 residential units and 40 commercial/light industrial units within the Town. The primary objective of this RFP is to enter into a service agreement with the Town of Crossfield for a period of three (3) years with the option of a (2) two-year contract extension, based on the review and negotiation of the agreed upon scope of work. Proponents must have a minimum of $5 million ($5,000,000) insurance coverage for each of Employer's Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Business Automobile Liability. A current insurance certificate must be provided. Proponents must provide a current copy of their WCB Clearance Letter and details about their Health and Safety Program, including COR if applicable. Collection vehicles must have a video/GPS tracking system which can send data to the Town when requested.
