Proposals will be taken for ADC Light Fixture Fabrication, Retrofitting, and Installation for Sebastian County. Proposals must, in all matters, comply with the laws of the State of Arkansas. Small businesses, as well as minority or women's businesses, are encouraged to participate in this process. The County Judge reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any formalities, or to accept any proposal deemed most advantageous to the County.
