Oldham County Extension District Board Notice of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) For Planning, Architectural, and Engineering Services The Oldham County Extension District Board (EDB) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for Planning, Architectural, and Engineering Services for the development of a long-range Master Plan for a new Cooperative Extension Office. The Consultant Team's services shall also include the preliminary conceptual design and layout of an approximately 20,000 square foot office/services building on the site for Cooperative Extension and EDB use. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
