Corinth City Hall HVAC Renovations Summary Project Description: This project will include removing and replacing the existing air handling unit (AHU). The existing boiler will remain as-is with a new control valve on the hot water piping serving the new AHU for temperature control to be installed. The existing dual duct box locations and zoning will remain as-is with only the boxes and associated flexible runout ducts to be replaced. Each new box will be provided with new dual duct controls (DDC) including a wireless space thermostat. The box controls will interface with a new building management system to control the new heating and cooling equipment (AHU, condensing unit and dual duct boxes). Damaged duct insulation where observed will be replaced. Exterior metal wall panels will be removed to allow removal of the existing AHU and install the new AHU. They will be re-installed once the new AHU is installed. All required demolition and replacement of ceilings will be done by the Owner. Bids will be accepted only under the name of the Bidder to whom Contract documents have been issued by Plan House Printing, on behalf of the Architect, and whose name appears on the official list of Plan holders maintained by the Architect on behalf of Tishomingo County Board of Supervisors.
