Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Southgate Recreation & Park District ("District") is inviting informal bids for this Project. The scope of work consists, in general, of furnishing all permits, materials, labor, services, tools, plants, supplies, equipment, management and superintendence necessary. Tasks associated with this work include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Demolition and replacement of site concrete. 2. Demolition and replacement of accessible parking and signage. 3. Installation of sports court surfacing on new and existing concrete paving. 4. Backfill, grade, and feather areas adjacent to new concrete paving. Grade disturbed areas to drain per contract documents and in consultation with the District Landscape Architect. 5. Installation of specified conduit sleeves. 6. Provide and maintain temporary chain link construction fencing as needed to secure work areas. 7. Clean up work area and remove all trash and debris from project area. 8. Contractor to construct the project per the attached plans and technical specifications. 9. District to contract with inspection agency for the project for geotechnical inspections. For Projects over $25,000, Contractor shall, at their expense, furnish Payment Bonds, in amounts not less than 100% of the Bid. Remove and dispose of all existing objects (except for those objects designated to remain) down to existing grade level or subgrade level to the extent indicated on the plans, as otherwise required to permit new construction, or unless otherwise noted.
