Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dunmore, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of hardscaping, landscaping, fencing and the demolition, disposal and replacement of sidewalks in front of the property at 211 E. Drinker St. Dunmore, Pa 18512. The bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope containing Bid Proposal and Bid Bond or certified check and shall be addressed to the Borough of Dunmore, and shall be plainly marked with the wording, 2025 Park Development Project The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashiers check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to The Borough of Dunmore. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions there of or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this bid is mailed or delivered to the successful bidder within ten (10) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the bid is withdrawn, the said bidder agrees to execute and deliver the Project Agreement in the form prescribed by the borough or forfeit said bid bond.
