The Project includes the following Work: Dam rehabilitation including the injection of grout into identified voids of the structure, installation of a new intake screen and control valve, and all necessary appurtenances. Distribution system improvements including the installation of 6" water line, 8" water line, reconnection of services, and all necessary appurtenances. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Town of Davis in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The Work will be substantially completed within 180 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 210 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
