Maintenance and Repair of Air Compressors at PGW Locations Scope of Work: The Contractor Shall Respond to Service Requests in Accordance With the Response Times Indicated in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Emergency Service is Required 24 Hours a Day - 7 Days a Week as PGW's Needs Arise. The Contractor Shall Provide Pm Services in Accordance With Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Guidelines.
