Site work for a road / highway in Clearfield, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Striping and pavement marking of existing City streets and parking lot. This is not the full scope of work. See Bid Schedule and Drawings for additional info. The Project consists of one-application of pavement markings on various streets throughout the City Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. LOCATION OF THE WORK: Various locations as shown in the Drawings. COMPLETION TIME: September 5, 2025 Full notice of this Advertisement for Bids can also be obtained from: City Office, 55 State Street, Clearfield, UTonline For a copy of the advertisement, please call 801-525-2700. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security. The selected Contractor shall guarantee all work with a Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Certificate of Insurance. WARRANTY: 1-year warranty on all work performed and materials installed is required. No pre-bid conference will be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
