This Request for Bids (RFB) involves at a minimum, all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and parts to clean, when requested, all sections of all seven (7) trains of the Authority's Odor Control Systems which serve the Authority's Sludge Management Facility located in the Authority's Central Treatment Plant in Sayreville, New Jersey: and all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and parts to clean, when requested, the Authority's conveyor systems which serve the Authority's Sludge Management Facility. Performance and Payment Bond General Maintenance Bond The Successful Bidder will be required to present to the Authority the approved contract bonds duly executed and be prepared to execute the Contract within twenty-one (21) days of the date of receipt of the Notice of Contract Award. Work also includes miscellaneous incidental work associated with the maintenance of the Odor Control Systems and conveyor systems, as and when directed. Further information concerning this procurement is provided in the RFB for such services. Any questions regarding this RFB should be directed in writing to Judith McCrone at jmccrone@mcua.com, as set forth in the RFB. The Authority reserves the right to waive any minor informalities or reject any and all Bids.
