Site work for a civil project in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
**As of September 23, 2025, the project was awarded to RW Dunteman Company, with an awarded amount of $269,403.93** The work for which proposals are invited includes re construction of the existing approximately 325 long concrete alley including replacement of the existing sanitary sewer and the installation of new storm sewer with down spout connections. All underground utilities are protected, storm sewer and sanitary sewer systems are installed. All PPC alley pavement and PCC driveway pavement work, including aggregate base course. Site clean-up and removal of unneeded traffic control devices. Once the contractor closes the alley for excavation in advance of concrete placement, they shall work continuously until all work is complete. Regardless of the start date, the contractor shall reopen the alley within 21 calendar days of closure. Failure to do so will result in liquidated damages.
