City/County Glen Ellyn The Proposed Work Consists of Resurfacing of the Villages Existing Crescent-glenwood Parking Lot; Reconstruction of the Existing Median Area and Sidewalk Between the Parking Lot and Crescent Boulevard; and the Addition of Parking Lot Lighting. Some of the Items Within the Median Area Will Be Recognized as Non-participating Items for the Purposes of the Mft Funding. Project Location: Crescent-Glenwood Parking Lot Project (south side of Crescent Blvd between Prospect Ave and Glenwood Ave) Proposals requiring prequalification of bidders will be issued only to those contractors who are qualified with the Department of Transportation.
