Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work for which proposals are invited consists of resurfacing of the Village's existing 123-space Crescent-Glenwood parking lot; reconstruction of the existing median area and sidewalk between the parking lot and Crescent Boulevard; and the addition of parking lot lighting. The median area and sidewalk reconstruction includes streetscaping features: o Concrete curb planters with irrigation o Tree and perennial plantings o Soil cell (one location) o Brick paver bands and brick paver crosswalk Limited storm sewer and drainage structure improvements are included with the parking lot work as well as all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvements.. The southwest corner of the lot is located within Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way, for which the Village has an existing lease agreement. The Village has already performed the preliminary coordination and secured approval from the railroad regarding the proposed parking lot improvement. If awarded according to this timeline, construction is anticipated to commence in August with completion of the project anticipated to be specified as October 31, 2025. As-Built/Record Drawings shall be provided to the Village no later than February 28, 2026 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
