Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Procurement of these construction engineering services is in conformance with Qualification Based Selection Procedures. Proposals will be evaluated and at least three consultants will be selected to interview for this assignment. The project for which construction engineering services are to be provided involves roadway improvements along Lambert Road between Roosevelt Road and the Village southern limit (approximately 1.52 miles). The construction contract scope of work consists of pavement patching and resurfacing with HAAA surface and binder course, combination concrete curb and gutter, PCC sidewalk, detectable warnings, pavement markings, detector loop replacement, maintenance of traffic, restoration, and all other appurtenant work. The project is currently targeted to be let by the Illinois Department of Transportation on November 7, 2025. Interviews of consultants are anticipated to be conducted on Thursday, July 31, 2025. The Village emphasizes that this is a Federal Aid Project which has qualified for Surface Transportation Program Funding for construction of the proposed improvements as well as construction engineering services. All services to be rendered for the assignment shall be in full conformance with standard requirements and procedures for Federal Aid projects. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
