On-Call Professional Architectural and Support Services The Town of Foxborough is seeking proposals from experienced, qualified, and responsible individual consultants or firms with capabilities to provide consulting architectural and related support services for various projects. These services shall include but are not limited to inspections and studies, design, project management and construction administration services for maintenance, repair and replacement projects on an as-needed basis, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) related projects, and other services listed in the procurement documents. The Town reserves the right to add additional services on an as-needed basis. Specific qualifications required of applicants are set forth in the procurement documents. This procurement shall be conducted in compliance with the Town Policy Regarding Designer Selection by Town Departments and M.G.L. c. 7C, Section 44-58, as applicable. A one (1) year contract from August 12, 2025 to August 11, 2026 (estimated) is being offered with two (2) additional 1-year options to renew solely based on the Towns discretion. Any contract awarded as a result of this RFQ is subject to the approval of the Town Manager for the Town of Foxborough. A contract will be awarded, if at all, on a negotiated basis, subject to all procedures outlined in the RFQ, as well as all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines. Price will not be considered when initially evaluating a proposal. After the finalists have been ranked, the Town will enter into price negotiations with the successful firm(s). Any contract awarded as a result of this RFQ will be awarded within 90 days. The Town of Foxborough reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to cancel this RFQ, to waive any informality, and to make the award as may be in the best interest of the Town. The Town reserves the right to select the number of firms it feels will perform the services in a manner that is in the best interests of the Town for specific projects.
