Site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Foxborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a 5,376-square-foot water / sewer project.
Sub Bid Category Masonry, Miscellaneous Metals and Ornamental Iron, Roofing and Flashing, Waterproofing Damp-Proofing, and Caulking, Metal Windows, Painting, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical Construction of a 1.58 MGD PFAS Water Treatment Plant (WTP) housing PFAS filter vessels at the existing Oak Street WTP facility site. The new building will be approximately 5,376 square feet constructed of masonry walls, precast columns, precast plank roof, and is inclusive of process, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, and SCADA. The work includes construction of an approximately 450 square feet building addition for chemical feed system improvements. The project shall be completed within 610 days of the Notice to Proceed. Construction is expected to begin in the Spring of 2026. Only bidders that have been prequalified may submit bids for this project.
