The Town of Foxborough invites sealed bids, under MGL c. 30 39M, from experienced, qualified, and responsible contractors to provide on-call traffic signal maintenance and repair services for a three-year contract term. Work shall include but not be limited to providing routine traffic signal maintenance and repair services, emergency on-call repair services, and parts replacement and upgrades to existing traffic signals Each bid must be accompanied by 5.0% bid deposit. A Payment Bond of an amount equal to 50.0% of the total amount of the bid with a surety company satisfactory to the Town, as surety, will be required for the payment for all labor and materials used in the work. Bidders agree that all bid prices submitted in response to this IFB shall remain firm for thirty (30) days following the bid opening or until a contract is executed, whichever occurs first. The Town of Foxborough reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any informality, and to make the award as may be in the best interest of the Town.
