Oak Street PFAS Water Treatment Plant Upgrades Project - GC Construction of a 1.58 MGD PFAS Water Treatment Plant (WTP) housing PFAS filter vessels at the existing Oak Street WTP facility site. The new building will be approximately 5,376 square feet constructed of masonry walls, precast columns, precast plank roof, and is inclusive of process, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, and SCADA. The work includes construction of an approximately 450 square feet building addition for chemical feed system improvements. The project shall be completed within 610 days of the Notice to Proceed.
