Renovation of a library in Lebanon, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 18,894-square-foot, two-story above grade library.
A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents, but is not limited to, the following 1. Work includes interior renovations including carpet, paint, casework, lighting, lighting controls, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract. 1. Project will be constructed as multiple prime contract, including a General Construction Contract and an Electric Contract. Said work consisting of interior alterations including millwork, carpet, paint and lighting replacement and additional associated work. The probable construction cost estimate for this work is: Bid Package 1: $300,000.00 Bid Package 2: $195,000.00 . Combination Bid: $495,000.00. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty meeting requirements of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Said guaranty may be in the form of a bond (ORC 153.571) or a certified check, cashiers check, or letter of credit meeting requirements of 153.54. Lebanon Public Library reserves the right to waive informalities, and to accept or reject any and all, or parts of any and all bids. No bids may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
