The restrooms located within the Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) headquarters are in urgent need of modernization. Originally constructed decades ago, these facilities have not undergone significant updates and now fall short of contemporary standards for functionality, hygiene, and accessibility. This project may require a Project Labor Agreement (PLA). Scope of Work To fully renovate and modernize two TARTA office staff restroom facilities, enhancing durability, hygiene, accessibility, and visual appeal through the complete replacement of amenities, finishes, and mechanical components. Scope of Services A. Demolition and Preparation Safe removal and disposal of all existing: Toilet stalls/partitions Toilets, urinals, and washbasins Floor and wall tiles Mirrors and dispensers Lighting, hand dryers, and other accessories Feminine hygiene product dispensers Toilet paper holders Damaged plumbing fixtures and piping Trash bins and any rusted hardware B. Installation and Upgrades will include but not limited to.
