The successful bidder shall be required to provide a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount not less than 100% of the total contract amount, conditioned on the faithful performance of the contract, the completion of the work within the time specified and prompt payment of all persons furnishing labor and materials as necessary for all work. Contractor's attention is called to the Project Schedule.
