THE SCOPE OF WORK consists of the detailed preparation, priming and painting of exterior wood trims, window exteriors, doors, portico porch, decorative wrought-iron, appurtenant hardware, any necessary wood-repairs, and removal and reinstallation of storm windows, shutters, gutters and downspouts necessary for the work. All work is to be completed in a professional workmanlike manner in accordance with best practices and manufacturer recommendations.
