CLARRIFICATION (foot stomp) - Q&A - Minimum requirement is 300 gallons of capacity with an equivalent 1,000,000 BTU/hr and 970 recovery cap. 300 gallon capacity shall be met utilizing more than one tank, and meet the equivalency of 1,000,000 BTU/hr and Recovery of 970 Gal/hr with Temperature rise at 100F. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental services required to repair hot water heaters in Building B300. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the specifications, drawings, and all associated contract documents. The project will be awarded as a single firm-fixed-price contract through an Invitation for Bids process and includes all activities necessary to restore the hot water heaters to proper working condition.
