The project involves site work, electrical work, water main, grading, and installation of a new pre-packaged pump station with pumps, controls, backup generator, and concrete slab. Bids will be received for one prime contract. Bidders must obtain Bidding Documents from the designated website. Bid security is required, with each bid accompanied by a certified bank check or bid bond of not less than 5% of the submitted bid amount. The successful bidder must furnish Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each for 100% of the contract amount. The project is partially funded by New York State funds and includes requirements for American Iron & Steel Compliance, MWBE participation (30% total, with 10% NYS certified MBE and 20% NYS certified WBE), and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) participation (6%). The successful bidder must comply with state and federal standards, including equal opportunity employment and relevant governmental regulations. All bids must be accompanied by a contractor's Certificate of Registration and will be binding for 60 days after bid opening.
