The successful Respondent will supply electricity to all consumer accounts participating in the Program ("Participating Consumers") pursuant to an Electric Service Agreement ("ESA") with a supply term of 12 or 24 months commencing on the first meter-read date following December 1, 2025. The City has engaged Colonial Power Group, Inc. ("Colonial") as its Program consultant. CPG will perform certain duties on behalf of the city, including administering this RFP and assisting the city with administrative activities as identified in the ESA. All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: To Provide Retail Electricity Supply for the City of Boston Community Choice Electricity Program (BCCE).
