“The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established.” The City of Perry (City) is seeking Proposals from qualified firms interested in providing Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for a project known as the East Perry Sewer Outfall Phase IIIA in Perry, Georgia (the Project). The Project includes upgrades to the existing Ivy Glen Pump Station, approximately 22,000 linear feet (LF) of 16-inch force main, and 6,000 LF of 18-inch force main for which the CMAR will provide Preconstruction and Construction Phase Services in collaboration with the Engineer and Owner. City Council Approval of Award: September 16, 2025 Contract Execution and Notice to Proceed: September 22, 2025 Completion of Preconstruction Phase Services of October 31, 2025. Substantial completion of May 31, 2026 including commissioning, startup and testing Final completion of July 31, 2026.
