Site work for a mixed-use development in Robb, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
2025 Hamlet of Robb Underground Fire Tank Installation This project will require Excavation, Supply, Installation of Tank, Grading, Granular Base Course, and Other Work. Tank is supplied by Yellowhead County. The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Install one 55,000 litre capacity Fiberglass Underground Storage Tank, to the Hamlet of Robb Communication Tower (NW 14-49-21-W5). The installation shall be completed in accordance with appropriate sections of the ZCL Composites Inc. "Installation Manual and Operating Guidelines for Fiberglass Underground Storage Tanks". Activities included are: Load and transport tank and accessories Topsoil removal and salvage Excavation of new underground fire storage tank Excessive Excavation Material to be hauled to used as embankment material Dewatering Bed Preparation Anchor and Tank Installation Piping installation to 1m above ground level Spray Urethane Insulation Backfill Tank fill (water) for 1/2 fill verification and complete fill verification Granular Road Base (200mm thickness) Leak test Top soiling and seeding Jersey Barrier Installation Tank Signage (signage provided by the County) Site Cleanup Inspection for County Approval Question Deadline 08/01/2025 at 3:00 PM MT
