651-293-3044 Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to complete the site preparation for installation of sterile processing equipment. The scope includes demolition of exterior site elements such as retaining walls, sidewalks, concrete ramps, and chain link fences; preparation of the site for a concrete pad for a mobile trailer; construction of a wood-framed weatherproof enclosure connecting the Mobile Sterile Processing Trailer to the facility; and extension of mechanical, plumbing, piping, electrical, fire protection, and technology systems to the trailer. Additional work includes demolition and renovation of the SPS Decontamination, Receiving, and Prep/Pack Assembly areas, as well as construction of a new RO room adjacent to the Prep/Pack Assembly area. Most work will be performed at the basement level. The contractor must comply with all construction documents and specifications. The performance period is 481 calendar days from Notice to Proceed to project closeout. The magnitude of construction cost range is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
