The scope of work includes excavation, removal of existing surface materials as needed (such as concrete, asphalt, and landscaping), removal and replacement of the existing fire line gate valve, and full site reclamation. Contractors are responsible for restoring all disturbed areas to their original condition, including surface replacement, grading, and cleanup.
