The Work is located at Water Tower #6, approximately at the intersection of 32nd Ave S and 33rd St S. The Project includes constructing the Work broadly described below, in accordance with the Contract Documents, with all related appurtenances. Work shown on the Drawings, or indicated in the Specifications, or indicated elsewhere in the Contract Documents is part of the Work, regardless of whether indicated below. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Removal of existing meter pit, including piping and valves. 2. Addition of valve service room within existing tower base, including piping and valve modifications. 3. Riser pipe replacement. 4. Addition of recirculation pump at base of tower to replace existing mixer. 5. Electrical and instrumentation upgrades for valves and pump. 6. Interior (wet and dry) and exterior blasting and recoating surfaces. Question Deadline 09/19/2025- Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
