The City of Fargo Water Treatment Plant is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the installation of a hot water system capable of delivering water at 104F and a flow rate of 100 gallons per minute (GPM). The proposed system will include a new closed-loop pump, heat exchanger, and mixing valve to generate and supply the required hot water. An existing RO flush pump and boiler system will be used to reroute water from the existing 6,000-gallon holding tanks through the new heat exchanger.
