The Board of Education of the City of Fargo is requesting statements of proposals from Commissioning Agent (CXA) firms for the Northside Elementary Project. The Board of Education reserves the right to hold all proposals for thirty days after the first day fixed for the opening of the proposals, to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any formalities. Fargo Public Schools (Owner) requests proposals from Commissioning Agent (CxA) firms for the Northside Elementary School. This project will construct a new, three-section (K–5) elementary school serving approximately 444 students (target ~70,000 GSF) on the existing Horace Mann campus, using the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method. The selected CxA will work directly for FPS and will be an integral partner through design, construction, acceptance/occupancy, and the extended warranty period.
