Sealed bids are requested for the procurement of chemicals to be delivered as ordered for the City of Fargo Water Treatment Plant and Regional Water Reclamation Facility. Delivery is required between the hours of 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, for the year 2026. Instructions to bidders include submitting bids either by mail to the City Auditor's Office at City Hall or by dropping them off at the same location. Bids will be opened and read aloud in the Engineering Conference Room at City Hall. The Board of City Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities.
