Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Fargo, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Seim Hall is an existing nine story dormitory building, of which, the renovation area is approximately 67,690 square feet. Bid Package 02 will include, but is not limited to Division 10 specialties, Landscaping and Irrigation System. The project will be covered under the North Dakota Century code. NORTH DAKOTA LAW: All bidders must be licensed for the full amount of their bids, as provided by North Dakota Century Code Section 43 07-05 and 43-07-12; and no bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions, and any deficient bid submitted will be resealed and returned to the bidder immediately. THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER & OWNER reserve the right to reject & hold any or all bids for 90 days after the date fixed for opening thereof.
