General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required The City of Livermore reserves the right to award or reject bids in part or in whole and on any basis it deems in the best interest of the City. The City will award to the "Best Value" vendor per City's Municipal Code Section 2.68. Contractor shall possess a valid Class C-27 Landscaping Contractor's License at the time of submitting a bid to the City and the license must remain valid for the duration of the agreement. Failure to possess the valid license shall render the bid as non-responsive. The Contractor must have, or obtain, a valid business license to do business in the City of Livermore.
