Reference Number 0000394062 Bid Intent Not Available The City seeks a qualified contractor to replace the roof of the Longmont Museum and Police Evidence Storage Facility. The selected contractor must ensure high-quality installation and long-term durability. The selected contractor will be required to provide a letter from Carlisle SynTec or Johns Manville that confirms Contractor's certification level of Carlisle ESP or Johns Manville Pinnacle or greater. This is a Best Value Approach (BVA) proposal. Proposers are expected to meet or exceed the minimum requirements in the City's Scope of Work. This BVA RFP should be seen as a unique procurement method. The City will present training to understand and properly apply this BVA method in the vendor education meeting as specified on the Schedule of Events. The meeting presentation materials will be available to all interested proposers the same day. That presentation material will be incorporated into this RFP.
