2025-North Tangi 1051 Park-CSSR (Concession Stand, Storage and Restrooms) The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities to serve the best interest of the Town. RFP# 2025-North Tangi 1051 Park-CSSR The Town does not accept proposals submitted via fax, email, or other electronic means. The Proposer will design and construct a new 22-foot x 36-foot cinder block building with 3 interior dividing walls (creating 4 separate rooms). The roof will be a 6/12 pitch, Hip style roof with a 3-inch overhang and a galvalume metal roof. The foundation will be a concrete slab with handicap access. There will also be a 4-inch x 9-foot x 22-foot concrete pad located along the front of the building. Questions Due August 18, 2025 Proposers are encouraged to review site conditions to familiarize themselves with the park area. Appointments for site visits can be obtained by contacting the Town Hall at (985)229-3451. The Town of Kentwood is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to construct a Concession Stand that includes a storage and men and women restrooms at the NORTH TANGI (Kentwood recreation park) which is located on 72341 Hwy 1051, Kentwood, LA 70444. The Town of Kentwood is committed to having the Concession constructed in Fall 2025.
