The Town of Kentwood is seeking sealed bids for the construction of a new restroom facility at the Martin Luther King (MLK) community park. The project involves the design and construction of a modern restroom facility that meets current accessibility standards. Contractors with experience in public facility construction, including ADA compliance and relevant building codes, are encouraged to submit proposals detailing equipment designs, specifications, and costs in accordance with the provided guidelines. Interested vendors must submit three sealed, hard copies of their comprehensive proposal, marked with the company name and solicitation number, by the specified deadline. Proposals received after the deadline or submitted by fax or electronically will be disqualified. The Town of Kentwood reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All questions related to this proposal must be submitted in writing, no later than 4:00pm local time on October 29, 2025. o Consideration of Proposals November 7 -20, 2025 o Town Board Approval December 4, 2025
