Question Deadline 12/01/2025 The project is to construct a new, state-of-the-art concession stand at North Tangi 1051 community park. The concession stand must include storage and separate men and women restrooms, and must be ADA compliant with features that ensure accessibility for people with disabilities, including those using wheelchairs. The structure is intended to be a central hub for refreshments and snacks during park events, games, and leisure activities. Bidders are required to provide detailed equipment designs, specifications, and costs according to the provided guidelines. Proposals must be comprehensive, demonstrating the contractor's ability to deliver a high-quality facility that fulfills community needs. All responses must be submitted as three sealed, hard copies, clearly marked with the company name and solicitation number, received by the specified deadline. Faxed or electronic submissions are not accepted, and late responses will be disqualified. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
