The City of Valdosta is seeking a Proposal to replace the existing air-cooled chiller, chilled water buffer tank, chilled water pump, chilled water piping and insulation of our Crime Lab Building Located at 1708 N. Ashley Street Valdosta, Ga TCLBE INCLUDED IN PROPOSAL: Removal and disposal of existing Carrier air cooled chiller, buffer tank, chilled water pump, piping and insulation Installation of new air-cooled chiller Installation of new, 400-gallon chilled water buffer tank Installation of new chilled pump Pipe, valves and fittings for connection of new equipment Insulation of piping, buffer tank, pump, etc. using equal to or better than material as existing system except new tank will have rubber insulation and metal jacketing. Connection of new chillerto existing electrical service Connection of new chiller to existing control system Test & Balance of new chiller (water flow) Crane/forklift work as needed Must include any and all water treatments or chemicals for system to operate at full capacity.
