Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., that provides non-potable water, farm drainage and power services to the lower south eastern portion of California desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified Respondents to provide Janitorial Cleaning Services. 1) J-70 La Quinta Administration Building 2) J-71 La Quinta Operations Building Project has been cancelled Pre - Bid Note : Prospective respondents must be present and signed in prior to the start of the mandatory meeting. Anyone not signed in at the official start of the meeting will be considered late and will not be allowed to submit a proposal. Anyone who does not attend the entire mandatory meeting will not be credited with attending. Respondents are required to check in with the security guard at the building's main entrance. Respondents should wear closed toed shoes for the jobwalk.
