Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Charlson, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of September 10th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Project Description: Construction of a fast-pitch softball field, basketball courts, sidewalks, parking, fencing and other related site work. Location: Drags Wolf Village - Chief Four Bears Avenue, New Town, ND. Each bid must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing the Bidder's contractor's license and bid security. The Bidder must be licensed for the full amount of the bid. Bid security in the form of a bidder's bond shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Substantial Completion is the bid number of calendar days. Work is subject to liquidated damages. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Bidders must comply with all TERO regulations of the Three Affiliated Tribes of North Dakota including, but not limited to, licensing, employment rights, and wage rates.
