Renovation of a fire / police facility in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
In general, the Project includes: interior updates to Fire Station 9for Flooring, Paint, Kitchen and Restroom Updates. Bidders shall submit a Bid Security for ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount, plus any additive alternates, by one of the following methods: Attach a scanned version of a paper bid bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Savings and Loan Secured Check. The City of Eugene reserves the right to reject any Bid for good cause upon finding that it is in the best interest of the City to do so.
